Release history, 2005–2026

Which version should you play?

• PC: Scholarship Edition, $14.99 (₹783 in India). The cheapest complete version and the only one with the Scholarship extras on a big screen. It is an old port, so read the PC notes below.
• Xbox One or Series X|S: Scholarship Edition, $14.99 (₹1,500). The Xbox 360 game through backward compatibility, with the extra content. If you already own the 360 disc, it works in an Xbox One or Series X.
• PS4 or PS5: Bully, $8.99 on sale until 21 Nov 2026 (list $14.99; Rs 748 in India, list Rs 1,248). This is the 2006 PS2 game, so it lacks the Scholarship Edition missions and classes. Sony warns some PS4 features may be absent on PS5.
• Phone: Anniversary Edition, $6.99 unlock (₹699 on iOS in India). Try 30 minutes free first. It includes the Scholarship Edition extras.
• Already pay for GTA+? Bully is included on your membership platform, so you do not need to buy it.

Official digital prices, US dollars first. USD, GBP and EUR checked 28 October 2026 on Steam (cc=us, gb, de) and PlayStation Store (en-us, en-gb, de-de); INR checked 27–28 October 2026 on Steam India, PlayStation Store India and Xbox Store India. Xbox/Microsoft Store UK and EU prices were not verified. Sale prices show the list price and the end time in UTC where the store gave one. “Unconfirmed” means the official store did not show a price we could verify — we never estimate or convert currencies. Prices change; confirm at checkout.

Checked 5 November 2026 (IST) on the official US, UK, German (Steam only) and Indian stores. GTA+ members get Bully included on their membership platform. EU prices we could not read on the official PlayStation, Microsoft and App Store pages are marked Unconfirmed rather than estimated.

For most Indian players, Steam at ₹783 or the PlayStation sale at Rs 748 is the cheapest full game. The Microsoft Store price is about double Steam’s for the same Scholarship Edition, so Xbox players may want to wait for a sale.

PC specs and Steam Deck

Any modern PC exceeds these. Valve rates it Playable on Steam Deck: the default controller setup, on-screen glyphs, text and performance pass, but it does not support the Deck’s native resolution. See our Steam Deck guide.

Bully with GTA+

GTA+ is Rockstar’s GTA Online membership. Rockstar Support confirms Bully is in its Games Library on each platform: the PS2 version on PS4 and PS5, Scholarship Edition on Xbox One and Series X|S, and the Anniversary Edition on iOS and Android after you sign in with the Rockstar account that holds the membership. Cheats and unlockables

Many sites list Bully button codes entered on a second controller. None of those lists cites Rockstar, the game manuals or Rockstar Support, so we have not published them, and there is no Bully cheat page on NextPlayIntel yet. Progress unlocks through play: passing classes earns new moves and items (chemistry unlocks crafted items such as firecrackers, for example), and new areas of Bullworth open chapter by chapter. How Bully fits our open-world crime catalogue

Bully sits between Rockstar’s GTA games and lighter sandbox games: the same mission structure, map and wanted-style “trouble meter”, but with a school timetable and non-lethal fights. If you like it, try GTA: San Andreas (the 2004 Rockstar game it follows), Sleeping Dogs for melee-focused open-world crime, Saints Row for comedy, or Red Dead Redemption, also in GTA+.
