Buying in India: Indian PlayStation, Xbox and Steam accounts pay in rupees, so buy from the India storefront for your account. Nintendo has no official India eShop. Avoid grey-market “offline account” sellers.

How to choose a store and edition

Start with the platform you already play on. DreamWorks Shrek 2 Remastered is listed for PlayStation 5 · Xbox Series X|S · Nintendo Switch 2 · Nintendo Switch · PC (Steam and Epic Games Store). 1–4 players in couch, online or mixed co-op. No PS4 or Xbox One version., and the cheapest store on a given day is rarely the best choice if your friends, saves or subscriptions live elsewhere. Compare the prices for your region in the table above, then check three things on the product page itself: the edition name, the platform badge (PS4 and PS5 or Xbox One and Series versions are sometimes sold as separate products), and whether the price shown is a time-limited sale.

Pre-orders follow each store’s rules. Steam pre-purchases can be refunded before release. PlayStation Store lets you cancel a pre-order before it is downloaded, as our cancel guide explains. Nintendo of America charges no sooner than 7 days before release, and you can cancel before then. Microsoft Store refunds are reviewed case by case.

Because DreamWorks Shrek 2 Remastered is upcoming, pre-order prices can change before launch and some editions add early access or bonus items. Pre-order only from the official store page, and keep the confirmation email. Avoid grey-market “offline account” or key-reseller listings — they can be revoked, they are not covered by store refund rules, and they put your account at risk.

How we check prices and dates

Prices come from Steam US, UK, Germany and India, PlayStation Store US, UK, Germany and India, the Microsoft Store catalogue (US, UK, Germany, India) and Nintendo’s US store. We could not read Nintendo’s UK and EU eShop prices, so they are marked Unconfirmed. The Epic Games Store price was not checked. Release times come from the PlayStation Store and Microsoft Store listings (17:00 UTC); Steam and Nintendo list only the date. We never estimate or convert currencies.

Release times are taken from the store countdown or the publisher’s announcement and given in UTC with US Pacific, US Eastern and UK times; the India section converts them to IST. PC requirements are copied from the Steam requirements block. Every figure on this page links back to its official source, and we re-check the table when a store sale starts or ends.
