Many games check your licence, profile and cloud saves with Xbox services when they start. 0x80832003 appears when that check doesn't get a good answer. If only one game fails, its install is the suspect; if only your profile fails, its sync is.

How to fix 0x80832003, easiest first
- Check Xbox Status
Open the Xbox Status page. If a service has an alert, wait for it to clear. - Play offline
If the game has an offline or campaign mode, set the console offline and play. Games without one may not run. - Try another game, then reinstall
