Original package and a used seller’s offer
European package includes AC adapter; game software is not included.
Nintendo 3DS eShop purchases and code redemption have ended. Do not value an unused 3DS download voucher as a redeemable game. Previously acquired content and pre-installed bundles need their own entitlement checks. Nintendo’s service notice explains the current limits.
Model details and evidence
Hardware-only themed package
Nintendo lists this separately from its bundles with preinstalled software. A Pokémon game pictured by a reseller must therefore be itemised as part of that seller’s offer rather than assumed to have shipped in the original box.

Japanese release and power accessory
Nintendo lists this as the Monster Ball Edition in Japan. Its Japanese release date was 17 November 2017. Nintendo lists the Japanese AC adapter as separately sold. Do not assume that a European accessory list applies to an imported Japanese package.
GTA editions to check for this hardware
This hardware record does not yet have a verified GTA compatibility entry. Check the GTA release-platform catalogue before buying it for a particular game. Do not assume support through emulation, streaming or backwards compatibility.
