Likely causes
- Corrupted or missing game files.
- A corrupted launcher cache.

- Background apps, antivirus or firewall blocking the game.

How to fix LS-0013, easiest first
- Verify the game files
Library > three dots on the game > Manage > Verify. - Clear the launcher cache
