Take-Two Interactive will report its second-quarter fiscal 2027 results on Monday 9 November 2026, after the US market closes, with a conference call at 4:30 pm ET (21:30 UTC). It will be the publisher's last earnings report before Grand Theft Auto VI launches on 19 November, ten days later.
Some GTA fan sites are still describing the 9 November date as reported but unconfirmed. It isn't: Take-Two announced the date and call time in a press release on 13 October. The quarter being reported ended on 30 September, so it covers the run-up to launch rather than any GTA VI sales.

The numbers Take-Two set for itself
In its first-quarter report on 7 August, Take-Two posted Net Bookings of $1.39 billion, slightly above its own forecast, and reiterated a full-year Net Bookings outlook of $8.0 billion to $8.2 billion for the year ending 31 March 2027. Chief executive Strauss Zelnick tied that outlook to "excitement around the November 19th launch of Grand Theft Auto VI".
For the quarter it reports on 9 November, the company guided to Net Bookings of $1.62 billion to $1.67 billion and GAAP net revenue of $1.42 billion to $1.47 billion, with an expected GAAP net loss of $140 million to $157 million. Net Bookings is Take-Two's main operating measure of what it sold in the period, digitally or physically.
Measure | Take-Two guidance | Period |
|---|---|---|
Net Bookings | $1.62B to $1.67B | Q2, to 30 Sep 2026 |
GAAP net revenue | $1.42B to $1.47B | Q2, to 30 Sep 2026 |
GAAP net income (loss) | ($157M) to ($140M) | Q2, to 30 Sep 2026 |
Net Bookings | $8.0B to $8.2B | Full year, to 31 Mar 2027 |
Q1 Net Bookings (actual) | $1.39B | Q1, to 30 Jun 2026 |

What to watch on the call
The release will show whether Take-Two still expects $8.0 billion to $8.2 billion for the year, and whether GTA VI is still listed for 19 November on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. The August release listed only those two platforms for GTA VI, with no PC version. The company also named "the timely delivery of the titles included in this financial outlook" as a key assumption behind its forecast.
Confirmed and unconfirmed
Confirmed: the 9 November date, the 4:30 pm ET call, the guidance figures above and GTA VI's 19 November date on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S.
Not confirmed: any GTA VI pre-order or sales figures, a PC release, and whether Take-Two will change its outlook. Anything you see before 9 November about those is speculation.
In India the call starts at 3:00 am IST on Tuesday 10 November. For launch planning, see our GTA VI release time in every time zone, our GTA VI file size and storage guide and our GTA VI game guide.
